Takeaways from my 10 day meditation lesson

I've been using an app for meditations (InsightTimer) and decided to sign up for a course because I loved one of this woman's meditations about overcoming anxiety. She said to make note of 8-9 things I'd do if I didn't have anxiety (below), and these 2 notes were just some takeaways:
Introvert vs. Anxiety --> No inner critic.
Avoidance drives anxiety - need to do things to build confidence, even if the initial feeling of relief makes it seem like avoiding is the right choice.
What would I do if this anxiety was gone?
- Get out of my head- wake up and do things rather than laying in bed reading/waiting to feel better.
- Be decisive - why am I indecisive? Not sure, but I'm willing to bet it has something to do with not trusting myself to make the right choice without being impulsive.
- Get Denver flight certified so I can travel with him.
- Work on this blog without worrying about if it's good enough.
- No longer worry I'm turning into an agoraphobic weirdo.
- Start dating for real rather than just when I'm bored once a month.
- Learn more coding to work on one of my many ideas to break free from corporate america.
- Work with my therapist more often rather than trying to flee the feelings.
