mid june 2021 - today jan 7, 2022 = the dark days in which I was totally sober… and so depressed all I could do was read books on my kindle to escape reality. these contain posts from notes I had written in various spots and am copying into here so that I don’t go back on my goal of capturing all my thoughts here - no matter how embarrassing.
